…and it’s still in beta.
Apparently it’s been 5 years since Gmail launched. I thought it was funny when I saw the notification popup on twitter about the Google blog post.
I guess, if a 5 year old beta is this good, I can’t wait for version 1.0.

Yeah, I realize that, but it’s not even really a beta product. They could take the beta name off without changing anything else. If they do that though, they have to worry about people getting mad if it ever goes down. Now at least if it goes down once in a while they can say, “sorry, it’s still in beta.” OR, it’s marketing and they’re tring to say that it’s always changing and adapting so it hasn’t been finalized yet
